## Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

-   Be in the same condition as received;
-   Be unused, unworn, and unopened;
-   Be in its original packaging;
-   Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

## Change of Mind Returns

CocoBam does not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Please ensure you have carefully reviewed all product information, sizing details, descriptions, and images before placing your order.

In limited circumstances and solely at CocoBam's discretion, an order may be cancelled before dispatch. If a cancellation is approved, a fee of **15% of the total order value** may be deducted from the refund amount to cover:

-   Payment processing fees
-   Refund transaction fees
-   Banking charges
-   Administration costs
-   Order handling and processing expenses
-   Software and platform service fees

These costs are incurred immediately when an order is placed and are generally non-recoverable.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

## Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

-   The item is faulty or defective;
-   The item was damaged during transit;
-   You received the wrong item;
-   The product is significantly different from its description.

To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please provide:

-   Your order number;
-   A description of the problem;
-   Clear photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

## Press-On Nails & Hygiene Products

Due to hygiene and health considerations, CocoBam cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

-   Opened press-on nail sets;
-   Used nail products;
-   Opened beauty, cosmetic, or personal care products.

If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, contaminated, incorrectly labelled, or has caused an unexpected adverse reaction, please:

1.  Stop using the product immediately;
2.  Seek medical advice if necessary;
3.  Contact us at [**ccb@cocobam.com.au**](mailto:ccb@cocobam.com.au) with details of the issue, photographs, and proof of purchase.

Each case will be assessed individually in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

## Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

-   Is faulty or defective;
-   Is not of acceptable quality;
-   Is significantly different from its description;
-   Does not match a sample or demonstration model;
-   Does not perform as reasonably expected.

Where required by law, CocoBam will provide an appropriate remedy.

## Returns Process

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

## Return Shipping Costs

Unless required by Australian Consumer Law:

-   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
-   Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged securely.
-   We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

CocoBam is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

## Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within **10 business days**.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and display the refund.
